Refund Policy

At Nautical Nibbles, each board is handcrafted with care using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Due to the perishable nature of our products and the preparation involved, we have the following refund policy in place:
1. All Sales Are Final
We do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been prepared or delivered. This is because charcuterie boards are made-to-order and contain perishable ingredients that cannot be resold.
2. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund if requested at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
To cancel your order, please contact us by email or phone.
3. Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive your order at the agreed-upon delivery time and location:
The order may be forfeited.
A redelivery may be possible for an additional fee, based on availability.
4. Quality Issues
If there is an issue with your order (e.g., wrong item, missing item, or quality concern), please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We will do our best to resolve it, which may include:
A partial refund
A credit toward a future order
A replacement item, if appropriate and available
5. Weather-Related Deliveries
In cases where dockside delivery must be canceled due to weather, we will contact you to arrange an alternate delivery method or reschedule at no additional cost.
