Welcome to Nautical Nibbles! By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

We accept all major credit cards and other secure payment options provided on our site.

Orders are confirmed via email once payment is received.

2. Delivery & Pickup
We offer delivery to local addresses and boat docks in the Marblehead, Ohio area, weather permitting and within a reasonable distance.

Delivery and pickup times will be confirmed after your order is placed.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the agreed time/location.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund due to the nature of food preparation and planning.

4. Allergies & Dietary Needs
Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order.

While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

5. Custom Orders
Custom boards must be confirmed and approved in advance.

All custom selections are final once the order is submitted and paid.

6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 12 hours and we’ll do our best to make it right.

7. Food Safety & Liability
We follow safe food handling practices and take great care in preparing every order. However, by purchasing from Nautical Nibbles, you agree that we are not liable for any illness, allergic reaction, or adverse effect that may result from consuming our products.

It is the customer’s responsibility to disclose any allergies and to consume items promptly after delivery to ensure freshness and safety.

8. Use of Our Website
All content (images, text, logos) is owned by Nautical Nibbles and may not be used without permission.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order at our discretion.
