At Nautical Nibbles, we proudly offer local delivery of our handcrafted charcuterie boards throughout Marblehead, Ohio and surrounding areas — by land or by lake.

1. Delivery Area
We currently deliver within a 15-mile radius of Marblehead, Ohio. This includes nearby neighborhoods, vacation rentals, and select dockside locations.

If you're unsure whether your location qualifies, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

2. Delivery Methods
Dockside Delivery: We offer boat delivery for customers docked or anchored within our delivery range. This service is weather-dependent and may be rescheduled for safety if lake conditions are not suitable.

Land Delivery: We deliver directly to homes, rentals, and businesses within the 15-mile delivery zone.

3. Delivery Scheduling
You will choose your preferred delivery date and time at checkout.

We will confirm your delivery window via email or text.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the confirmed location and time.

4. Delivery Fees
A flat or variable delivery fee may apply based on distance or special instructions.

Fees will be disclosed during checkout or upon order confirmation.

5. Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to accept the delivery:

We will attempt to contact you.

If delivery cannot be completed, your order may be forfeited due to the perishable nature of our items.

A redelivery fee may apply if we are able to return.

6. Nationwide Shipping
At this time, we do not offer shipping outside our local 15-mile delivery area.
